“For over a decade, I have been struggling with allergies during the pollen season. I suffered from hay fever and watery eyes. Chronic symptoms often led to sinusitis and conjunctivitis, which made my daily life very difficult. I had trouble breathing, insomnia, weakness, and lack of energy, which also had a negative impact on my mental state. I usually had to take antihistamines regularly from April to July.
